SACRED ROOTS HEALING

Many clients report that their first craniosacral session is the “deepest calm” they have ever experienced. The client remains fully clothed and using a light touch the therapist releases restrictions in the tissue that may be impeding function. This modality can reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, tinnitus, digestive issues, menstrual concerns, headaches and much more!

This is a targeted treatment for those suffering from jaw pain, clenching and headaches. It includes a thorough evaluation of the muscles that move the jaw, craniosacral therapy, and intra oral release- using gloves to address trigger points inside the mouth. This service also includes a Red Light Therapy treatment of the head and neck, and recommendations for at home exercises.

Craniosacral therapy is a very gentle hands-on therapy. I will invite your child to lay or sit on the table or somewhere he/she is comfortable. Through a deep assessment of how the cerebral spinal fluid is flowing, the therapist can identify areas of restriction and support the body to release them, improving overall function and balance. This is for children 4 and up currently.
